Create a Workflow Template

  1. Log in to your ProcessZen dashboard
  2. Click “New Template” in the top right corner
  3. Design your workflow using the drag-and-drop interface
  4. Add steps, assign roles, and set conditions as needed
  5. Save your template

Configure Your Workflow

  1. Open your newly created template
  2. Set up input fields for data collection
  3. Configure integrations with external tools if required
  4. Establish approval processes and notifications

Invite Your Team

  1. Go to “Team Settings” in the dashboard
  2. Click “Invite Members”
  3. Enter email addresses and assign roles
  4. Send invitations

Run a Workflow

  1. From the dashboard, select “New Workflow Run”
  2. Choose your template
  3. Fill in the required input fields
  4. Click “Start Workflow”
