Get started with ProcessZen in minutes
Create a Workflow Template
- Log in to your ProcessZen dashboard
- Click “New Template” in the top right corner
- Design your workflow using the drag-and-drop interface
- Add steps, assign roles, and set conditions as needed
- Save your template
Configure Your Workflow
- Open your newly created template
- Set up input fields for data collection
- Configure integrations with external tools if required
- Establish approval processes and notifications
Invite Your Team
- Go to “Team Settings” in the dashboard
- Click “Invite Members”
- Enter email addresses and assign roles
- Send invitations
Run a Workflow
- From the dashboard, select “New Workflow Run”
- Choose your template
- Fill in the required input fields
- Click “Start Workflow”
